New to Ink Themes - Horrible install experience so far

    I am fairly experienced and the Flower Shop theme isn't installing. All I get is website is having difficulties. I don't even know where to start to ask for help?
    I have installed, activated and deleted the plug-ins several times. Now I can't even install the ColorWay plug-in.
