New User Registration

I am getting a lot of emails telling me I have a new user registration. Yet no one is posting anything. I am assuming its spam mail. What can I do to stop this happening ?

You can activate captcha from
Geocraft settings > Theme options > Listing settings > Enable Captcha on Registration Page

Note : We are also working to improve current captcha.

 

I have activated Captcha like asked to do and I am still receiving the emails. Any other suggestions?

Registration Page contain captcha, So auto spamming is not possible. But sometimes peoples enter captcha code manually and send spam email.
So can't do much in it.

We have improved themes captcha for registration and contact us form.
So please go to your members area and download updated theme (v 1.8) (Theme version is not increased).
You will get description in the changelog, About files which are added or customized.
