New Version 1.0.5 still not functioning as expected - 2 step sign-up

I am still not getting the expected functionality after updating my theme.

clicking on locked content brings visitor to a page with message that they must purchase to view video.
user clicks on "Join Now" button and is taken to the wp-login page where they create an account.
then, instead of being taken to Pay Pal to pay, they are redirected to the video page (which now displays product name and billing terms) , but looks exactly the same as the previous page.
They then have to click "Join Now", a second time to purchase the membership.

This is not user friendly and confusing. Is there to omit this two step process? I want the Join Now to behave just like a Buy Now button. Customer fills out their info, enters payment info and submits.

I'm afraid without this functionality, this theme is not going to work for me. I've already put so much time and effort into customizing it not once, but twice due to the update.

Please help.
