When information is entered into either form I don't receive any email notification. It is not in spam. I have read several posts about this same topic & yet it appears that has not been an effective answer given. I paid for the premium version and don't feel it's appropriate to have to hire a coder to fix this. Please let me know exactly how to fix this. Not to just deactivate plugins. That is not the answer. Thank you.
Hello Chris, Such issue is not occurring at our side. So please download theme again from members area and upload it, It will resolve this issue.
Someone from inkthemes logged into my account last night, reinstalled and deactivated all plugins - they said it should work now - but it does NOT work. I am desperate to get this resolved asap - any advice???
