Hello! My client wants the option to have vertical and horizontal images in her gallery. I didn't think it was an option with the gallery that is already included in this theme, so I purchased the NextGenPlus. However, when I upload and activate it, it tells me I need to install & activate Free NextGEN Gallery to allow NextGEN Plus to work. So when I install it, I get the following message. Downloading install package from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/nextgen-gallery.zip… Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… Destination folder already exists. /home/content/11/8590911/html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/ Plugin install failed. Is this because of the gallery in the theme? Is there a way to deactivate it so I can use the NextGEN plus? Any other suggestions? Best ~ Crystal
Hello Crystal, This is because this site already contain "Nextgen gallery" plugin. Go to the Dashboard > Plugins > NextGEN Gallery and remove it (If you want to upload new one) or just activate and use it (no need to upload another). Thanks & Regards Nitesh Raghuwanshi
