How I can publish only icons from social media that I have account?

That's so simple just put the URL of your active social medias under Social Network option of Theme Option panel.

This will bring only those icons in the footer for which you have placed a URL See: http://screenpresso.com/=IQI8b

Yes, that you say applies only for icons in the footer section, like you say.

My question is about Social Icon Widget; now I have to put # in link section of social networks that I no have an account.
I prefer only display icons of social networks that i have an account like in the footer.

That you can do it from theme options panel. Just put # in the social media URL field, the relevant icons will get appear on your site.
