No Drop Down Menu Pages

My sub-menu pages are not showing up as drop-downs in the main navigation menu. Created a new men, same thing. Only 2 plugins being used. Both deactivated and still same problem. Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks for fixing the drop down menu issue. Was this anything I caused? I noticed that the Contact Form Plugin has been deleted and wondered if you can recommend one that will not conflict with the drop down menus.

It will work fine with the theme and provide much more functionality then existing contact form.
