No email sent when video is uploaded

I do not receive an email when a user uploads a video. I am using the upgraded version of the theme.

We have checked our theme and it is working fine in our side.

 

well that does not help. Can you please check on my end if its working? I have sent my credentials to the support mail. Please go ahead and upload a video.

This is not the issue of our theme.
I think this is the issue of your server.
You can contact with your hosting provider for this issue.
They will help you.
