Non Repeating Background Needed

    I added an image for background but am getting repeat both vertically and horizontally. Tried css but can not stop. Thoughts?

    Okay...used a plugin and solved the problem. Now, any thoughts on the best program to use to create a background text image for high res. Used powerpoint and have blurry fonts. Thoughts?
