norton site verification

    I am verifying my site with 'norton safe web' verfication, I am asked to add meta tag, where do I place this ? ( it Can be removed once site is verified )
    this is the instruction from norton, see below:
    Copy the meta tag below and paste it into your Web site's home page. It should go in the <head> section, before the first <body> section.

    Hello,

    Please goto-
    Appearance -> editor -> header.php
    You can add your code in this file as per instruction given in norton.
