Not all information is being recorded on lead capture form

I have 5 entries (www.pianovibratiebeleving.nl/wp) to be filled out on the leads capture form but a test suggests that only two out of 5 show up on the data sheet. What can I do ? Pls advise.

Download updated version of theme from your members area and upload it, This will solve your issue.

 

I tried but the upload failed

Uitpakken van pakket…Thema installeren…Doelmap bestaat al. /var/www/vhosts/pianovibratiebeleving.nl/httpdocs/wp/wp-content/themes/infowaytheme/Theme installation failed.

Do I delete the old upload first and then install the new one ? I'm a worried I will screw things up.

In downloaded theme, You will get a zip file, Extract it, rename it and again make it zip file and upload it.

 

Will that not overwrite translations made in other files ? If it does, is there another way ?

 

I extracted zip.file, renamed it 'infowayrenamed'.zip and uploaded it, but wordpress will not accept it.
