Not all plugins available in my membership?

Hi!

I have been a longtime member, and noticed today that there are several plugins that are not available from the member dashboard? In particular, the following plugins are on the InkThemes website, but not accessible from my member dashboard:

Ink Exit popup
Ink Appointment
Info Bar

I thought the membership was supposed to be all inclusive?

The membership that you bought already has 53 themes and plugins.

However, from now onwards, if you are continuing your subscription, you can claim one plugin every month *12.

NO, I do NOT understand! When I purchased the membership it was supposed to be for access to ALL themes and plugins - not what you decided to give me! This is not right and you are going to lose a member over this. I will not be renewing my membership.

What is the point of continuing to pay a monthly fee when I also have to pay for new products? No other theme membership site does this - I know because I also have memberships at Elegant, Thrive, and SoloStream, and all memberships include all new products. This is simply not a good way to treat your long-time members!
