Not receiving contact or sign up info

I'm not receiving emails from the contact form or email sign up. Can you provide instructions of any settings I might need to change? I have an email address set-up in WordPress, General Settings and this email is correct.

 

Please try another mail id and also check spam. Sometimes mails land there.

 

Ni Nitesh. It was neither of these things. Got some help from a technical expert and the code was not set up correctly and they could not see how to fix it, so I used a separate plug-in for the contact form and just hid the sign up for newsletter function. Disappointed that this didn't work after paying for the premium version of Blackbird, but I think I got the best solution in terms of the contact form in the end, as it had more of the fields I was looking for.
