Hi, I am using your Contact Form template on a page and I have my email address showing in General that I want the requests/communication sent to, but I am not receiving them on my end once I click on Submit. But, I am getting the message that it was successfully sent. I did not see where I could include it in the template-contact.php file? Thank you! Diane
Hello Diane, There are 3 possible reasons for this issue 1) Check your spam box maybe mails are landing there. 2) Try contact form after adding any other mail address in Settings > General 3) Deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). If still your issue exists then please provide the following information listed below.
