Not showing desktop

I looked at my site on two different browsers this morning and it is only showing the mobile version, how do I get it to show desktop?

Which would be the problem. Dzonia Wordpress Theme v2.3.6 The one on the right is what is showing in the browser and the one on the left is what should be showing. The left is from dashboard.

I am having a similar issue. It appears to be mostly in IE 9. Compatibility mode 'helps' but doesn't fix it.
