Nothing works right on this theme

I have been at this for weeks now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. Today I had a friend post an ad, and I even got a confirmation in my inbox informing me and giving me the link to see her ad. So I click on it and get "this is embarrassing". Why doesn't anything work? I am getting so frustrated.

Possibly your friend's ad is in pending mode.
Admin have to change the ad mode pending to publish. If you do not change it. It never visible on that page link.

I actually did fix it. When she was filling out her posting fields, she did not select a category. After I selected one, it popped right up.
