Number of lines in Blog post preview on home page

    I'm trying to increase the number of lines/amount of text that is shown in the preview on the homepage widget. My site is www.epicpethealth.com

    Go to front-page.php present in your theme directory and follow the instruction as shown in image given below

    Thank you - can you tell me what that number means? I thought maybe it was the number of characters, but that's not it. Please explain, thank you!

    It is a trim excerpt code and the number in that code defines the number of words.
