On client's site: "Create a Free Account" option has disappeared

Greetings!

A client of mine says new customers are unable to initially register a new account. When they click here:



... they get this:



... but should get this:



Any idea what might be causing this? It's a recent issue. [I had them update plugins, themes, and WordPress thinking that might be the cause. But new customers are still unable to create a free account.]

Hi Glory,

It seems you've turned off the registration form for your site by mistake.
Don't worry! Just visit your Dashboard->Settings there you can find an option to enable and disable the registration on your site.

This will resolve your issue,
