Kindly look for this string and enter it's translation so that it could be displayed appropriately. Incase, you are unable to do so, you can directly change this line from the source code of the theme. You will find this string on line number 223 in template-tags.php file under the theme folder geocrafttheme-v2\library\template-tags.php You can then edit it according to your requirement.
