Only Paid Listings Show?

When user searches in the main search bar and they enter 1) keyword & 2) Location, only the paid listings are shown not the Free. I have set the listings settings to filter paid listings to the top, but why don't the Free listing follow after?
Please advise.

Yes, I have this setting already. The paid listings are shown but not the free listings. My understanding was that by using the filtered setting as you have indicated will place the paid ads at the top with the free ads on bottom, but that is not happening. The free ads are not shown at all. What am I missing?

I am still setting up this new directory.

There is currently 5 listings (3 paid & 2 free) under Location "Brisbane" for the category "lawn mowing service" . If you type Keyword and location into search bar, you will notice only the 3 paid listings appear, the 2 free listings are not show. Why?

Yes, but you only searched by one option each time. If you search using both option "Keyword + Location" you will see only paid listings show.

Ok, I have re-checked you site and would like to inform you that if you want to search any option and want to display all your listing then there must all words available in that listing like in your above words "lawn mowing service", all three words should be available in that listing otherwise search option will display only those listing where all these words will be mentioned.
