How do I alter the size of numbered and bulleted lists?

Paste the code given below in Custom CSS section
(Appearance -> Theme Options -> Styling Options -> Custom CSS) of your dashboard.

Code:

ul,ol{
font-size:20px ! important;
} 

You can change the value of "font-size" as per your requirement.
This will solve your issue.
