out-of-date post (Themia v2.1.8)

There is a pinned/locked post entitled "Themia Theme 2.1.8 version is available". It dates back to 2015 and refers to an old version of Themia. After all, we're now at v2.2.1.

May I suggest that this is a bit misleading? - since on first glance a reader might assume that this pinned post is referring to the latest version the Theme.
