Own video upload failed

I already installed the video theme but have 2 problems:
1. my own video upload failed.
2. my embedded video from Youtube, when click on video I got a message:
This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?

I think there is some proble with your permalink structure. Please set it to default or post name and then check. If problem still exist then please provide the following information listed below.

Once my permalink structure reset to default, both my problems are solved.
One more thing on my own video (on top right), there is JWPlayer link, how can I remove this link?

 

Hello,

Jwplayer logo display only for .flv videos. Use mp4 videos. For this format logo will not display.

Hello,

Go to
Appearance > Theme Option > Advertising Banner Settings > Video page Banner
and add your Google adsense code there.

Go to the
Appearance > Widgets
Drag "Text" widgets and add affiliate link there and drop it in the second footer widget area
