Hello support I want to set all Package Costs to $0 so that all listings are free. I have deleted the current 'one time' & 'recurring' settings and replaced the figure with a '0', then saved, but the field repopulates with the previous figure. This is very frustrating. How can I set all Package Costs to $0? Thank you
Hello, Paypal does not accept zero payment that's why this issue is occurring. Go to Geocraft Settings > Payment Settings > One Time Payment Package / Recurring Payment Package / Status and deactivate payment option. and only allow user to submit free listings.
