Page author error

Hi, I have a problem with the page author because every time I click on the name of the author of the post, it shows an error message and does not show the author's biography. How I can fix this?

Download updated version of theme from your members area and upload it, This will solve your issue.

 

Thank you very much for your reply .. but if I do this I say, this will remove everything that I have already set my site or remain as it is now?. in other words, are erased menus, pictures and everything else from actual Theme version?

Hello,

If you have make change in .php files then you will loss your changes.Your theme option content and custom css will remain intact.

I have updated the theme to version 2.0.4 and the author page continuous with the error..

Hi, yeah, I can see the information of the author, but now all the URLs of the posts you've written does not show the name of the post, instead there is a number, which basically is affecting the SEO of my website, plus robots.txt file does not appear, when before if appeared. I have seen that I can change this from permanent links, but do it again disappears author information.

Besides this, the SEO plugin that I have installed wordpress tells me that the theme contains a description that prevents the plugin to work properly:

<meta name = "description" content = "<? php echo get_option ('inkthemes_description');?>" />

I would like to tell me how you can fix this because I do not want the SEO of my website is affected, I just want the URLs of the post with the name of the post and also the author's information is displayed correctly.

Thank you for your quick response, and I can see the author's information in my website and I will try to do what you suggest me on permalink to cuase not conflict with the names of the post in the URL.
