Page won't load with new plugin

    This week I purchased a plugin that displays YouTube videos: Video Turbo Store. I've uploaded and activated it on a ReThink-themed site that I'm working on for a client.

    Interestingly, the page where I've placed the shortcode for a video will NOT load. It keeps cycling with the circling aqua squares: http://demo777.digitalwordpower.com/video-test/

    It hasn't affected any other pages ... they all are functioning as expected.

    Is there anything I can do to correct this ... so that the page loads and displays?

    InkThemes still has login access as an admin from a previous request.

    I am unable to open the website URL provided by you above.
    Kindly recheck and provide me a valid URL.

    Also, provide me some edited screenshot of your issue.

    Thanks for checking the URL provided. Actually, that URL is a valid one: the inability to open the website URL provided is exactly the problem. [Attached is a simple screenshot of that page.] This page (using the ReThink theme) -- http://demo777.digitalwordpower.com/video-test/ -- is the only page that has a Video Turbo Store shortcode and, as you've noticed, it keeps cycling with the circling aqua squares and won't load. The shortcode should display a YouTube video. This is the content I've placed on that page:

    All other pages on this ReThink site-in-development for my client function properly and load/open as they should. Here are two(2) examples:

    My question: Is there anything I can do (or not do) to make this page load with this plugin and shortcode. There definitely seems to be a conflict between this plugin and the ReThink theme.
