Pages issue

Hi there,

Certain pages in a client's website need editing. Soms of the pages show no content in the visual area where they do in the text area. They can't be changed. Others seem normal. Also, when content is given to a new page, the same thing happens, nothing remains in the visual area.

What can be done to fix this?
Please advise.

Hi Naveen,

Please allow me to try explaining it with the attached 2 screenprints. Scrprt 9 shows the content in text mode. Scrprt 10 should give a wysiwyg visual of that content in the visual area but instead it shows a blank page. My client normally works in the the visual area to make up his pages. Some pages have this problem, others do not. If you wish I can send the credentials to support ?

It seems some of your plugins are conflicting, kindly deactivate all your plugins for once and then check if it solves the issue.
