Pages Navigation Menu

Hi
I am using this theme on two sites www.brightonreticulation.com and www.quinnsbaptist.org - I can see the pages navigation menu working on mobile devices for brightonreticulation, but I can't seem to get it working for Quinnsbaptist.

Can you let me know what I'm doing wrong please?

It was WP Menu Jquery Effect plugin which causes error.
