Paid and downloaded Subscribely theme but the file does not appear as a zip file.

I paid for the subscribely theme and when I downloaded it from the Ink themes site onto my computer the file showed up as a folder with no zip file to load into wordpress. Can you help me?

I have checked the issue that you have mentioned at our end as if now its working fine. You can recheck at your end, it should work.

Also, we have sent you a mail as well along with a zip file you can also download it from there.
