Hello, Since the last upgrade I have had two new customers upgrade to a paid listing. They did not pay for the Featured Listing upgrade however under the "Recently Added" listings it is showing the Featured banner of their picture. They are also being shown under the Featured listing section. How do I fix this and is this a bug?
There is no difference between paid and featured listings, both are same. The difference is in between paid listings and paid listing featured on home page, category page slider. The paid listings are shown under the premium listing menu item and has a special blue background color with premium tag. Paid/Premium listings can be made to be featured by listing owner on homepage slider/category slider by paying an extra amount. That does not make sense! Why would a customer pay for featured then if they are getting it as a paid member? When a client pays for the listing it shouldn't show them as featured because they aren't, they are only paid listing or maybe you read what I wrote wrong.... My last two customer signed up as a paid listing but did not pay to be Featured. However, their listing shows under the Featured Listings and they have the blue background that a featured listing has.
For GeoCraft v1.7 and above In GeoCraft there are 3 Types of Listings 1. Free Listings Without blue box, without any special tag in it, no blue background 2. Premium Listings/Paid Listings Appears in blue box, With Premium Tag in it. 3. Premium Listings with Slider Upgrade to show them on Homepage/Category Page Slider All in 2nd point + the listings can be upgraded to make it appear on home page/category page slider for extra amount. Note: If you are using version older than 1.7, the premium tag was named as featured tag.
