Panel to right of main image moved downwards.

I am using the ElitePro Theme on the following website: whichgoldbackedira.com

The website has been up and running for a few years and recently I noticed that the light-blue panel to the right of the main image on the home page has shifted downwards and is no longer aligned with the main image.

Can you please let me know how I can re-align the light blue panel so it is aligned correctly with the main image.
