Password reset function issue

Hello, my password reset function does not work. When I click the reset new password button, I get a email to a link to change my password. When I click the link, it takes me to a sign in page but never give me a option to change it.

Note: I already sent email to support about a week ago with no response yet. Kindly assist.

Your issue have been fixed in latest version of theme that is videocraft 1.2.4.
Download it from members area and reinstall it.

That will resolve your issue.

Add following code at last in function.php file and set path for your logo image.

Code:

echo '<style type="text/css">

</style>';
}
add_action('login_head', 'custom_loginlogo');

That will resolve your issue.

Thank you. I did put the path to my logo, however, it makes my logo very small and the url it puts is wordpress.org. How can I fix this?

Hello,

Use following code in functions.php to change url of your logo image in login page.

PHP:

add_filter( 'login_headerurl', 'w4dev_login_headerurl');
function w4dev_login_headerurl()
{
    return home_url();
}

If you want to change title of logo image of login page use following code in functions.php file

PHP:

function change_wp_login_title() {
    echo get_option(‘blogname’);
    }
    add_filter(‘login_headertitle’, ‘change_wp_login_title’);

It will resolve your issue.
