We have an issue with the password reset function. The password reset link contained within the email directs the user to the following URL, however there is not a password reset function present on that page. Hello, When we launch any theme firstly we test it many times by many peoples. If you are facing any issues then better way is to install a fresh copy of theme after deactivating all plugins. May be possible any plugin conflict with theme. Thanks & Regards Pramod
I have installed fresh copy and deactivated all plugins. When you click on the email that is sent after password reset it directs you back to the signin page. Nothing is there to update the password ect, so user can still not login ??
