Password reset function

Hello, my password reset function does not work. When I click the reset new password button, I get a email to a link to change my password. When I click the link, it takes me to a sign in page but never give me a option to change it.

We too have the same issue. The password reset link contained within the email directs the user to the following URL, however there is password reset function present on that page. We have several users who have encountered this issue.

Update - I am not sure if this will help with the resolution, but we use the Subscribely theme, not Videocraft.
