Thank you, but I know it works. My point, as per my screenshot, is that the payment status on the Members page says that the transaction failed when in fact it was a success. Did you click on Members (not videos or anything else from the dropdown menu, just the Members page where the thank you message also is). It wasn't in your demo video. I know it is a small thing, but it is off putting when someone buys a subscription and is told that it failed. Your support people seemed irritated that I contacted them with my login details by the way .....
I just noticed the comment at the end: Kindly configure paypal settings properly. In what way? And how? I assumed they were configured correctly otherwise surely payments couldn't go through at all - or have I missed something I should have done? Thanks
