Paypal button gap

How can I bring my paypal button up higher? There's a gap between the last line of text on the paypal and the shopping cart button. There is also a big gap below the button, Thank you.

This will help you in removing the big gap below the button.

Next, for the gap above the button. I would like you to inform that actually there are many hidden values/fields in between the last line of text on the PayPal and the shopping cart button. Removing them requires some customization in the source code of the theme.
