paypal-image message under appointment form

Please advise where this file should be located and the image size. I will then create a new image "Payment NOT Required" which will help me anyway.

You can change that image from.
Theme directory > images
and change "paypal.png".

 

I am working with plugin only not theme. The file location above I tried i.e. wp-content/themes .. no change. Is there somewhere I need to place the file in wp-content/plugins ??
