Paypal Integration

I LOVE this theme. The one thing that is missing for me is Paypal integration. I will not need to use it much for the services that I provide, but would like to make online payments an option for my offline customers. What is the best way to this with this theme? Can you suggest a specific plugin? I need it for advertisers to pay for newspaper ads.

Also, I have 'anyone can register' checked in general settings. Since I have chosen to have a static page, how do I integrate a 'register' and 'sign in' button? Do I have to have a plugin for that?
