Paypal link not coming up at all

Hi -I took my test site live and now the PayPal redirect link is not coming up when you click to convert a free listing to a paid one. It just reloads the listing edit page with no feedback or visible error message. Could you please take a look?

 

Actually, I got it to work - the only issue I seem to have now is the onscreen confirmation says "Your Payment is Failed" even though the transaction was successful. I have the IPN Debug email and transaction info - I'd be happy to share offline. Please help!
