Can't activate PayPal billing. It's deactivated now. I go into GeoCraft settings, Payment settings, enter a valid PayPal email address and press the "save all changes button". When I go back to the same page, the email address is blank and PayPal isn't active. May be related to the version 1.8 update since I didn't notice this before.
Hello, Geocraft version 1.8 don't have such issue. I think it's a plugin issue. So please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
Hi Nitesh - I disabled all plugins as you suggested, and I can still not activate PayPal in payment settings. I also tested in IE, Chrome and FireFox - same problem. Please see attached screen shot. When I enter my PayPal email address in the third box and save, the email address isn't saved and I can't use PayPal billing. What's next to try? Thanks, - Cary
