PayPal payment help...

    Hello,

    Am starting a new thread, but am having nearly identical considerations as -> http://www.inkthemes.com/community/threads/paypal-payment-help.2981/#post-10801

    "Has any of you members experience this with PayPal paid listings?
    I am able to post a paid listing in my site. My PayPal account shows the transaction. Payment notifications from PayPal are received to my email and my "Test" customer's email. However, my Geocraft transaction dashboard shows none of the transactions."

    "I performed a complete paid listing and the payment went through successfully with PayPal. I received a "Payment Received" email from PayPal. The "Sample Customer Account" I created also received the "Payment Sent" email from PayPal. So everything looks good on the PayPal side. However; my GeoCraft "Transactions" shows ZERO transactions."

    "In addition I had just upgraded the listing to PAID PREMIUM and the listing still expired in the time the previously free listing was set to expire. I don't know if I'm clear on this explanation but in the end here is what I would be looking for as a solution from this issue.

    Lets say a customer has a free listing for 30 days. Now on the 29th day the customer upgrades to paid premium for a 30 days period. That listing should not expire the next day which would be the 30th day of the original free posting. That listing's expiration day should be refreshed."

    Edwin seemed to be able to get the Paypal / Geocraft transaction dashboard to work. Could I get support to have a look at the Hipster.com.au back-end?

    And finally is there a list of email notifications that are suppose to be working?

    After looking at it again. While I would like as much to work as possible. If we can get the transactions to reliably record data I can start getting people posting to the site. <--- Best wishes, Alex

    Hmm just noticed this the -> Feature on homepage slider / Feature on Category Page Slider seems to be working!!!
    So it's only the premium setting that is not auto updating, but makes me have one more question. How does GeoCraft differentiate between homepage / top item listing and time allotted for premium? <--- Am guessing they all are allocated the same time frame?
    Getting the transactions to work is still priority 1 though.

    I am very excited.... So close. <--- Thank you again VERY much!!!

    Some help please getting transactions working would be a lot of help... Please help
