Pending listing notification

I got one question regarding member listings. Right now I have a setup where all newly posted listings are in pending state until admin approves them. Is there any way that I get notified when a new listing is created? Sometimes it takes a day or two before I realize that 3-4 listings are posted but waiting for my approval.

Never mind guys ... I think I found the solution. For anyone who's wondering how this can be accomplished this is the plugin that addresses this: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-status-notifier/
