Personalisation Options from WP e-Commerce not working with the theme

The Personalisation Options from WP e-Commerce where the customer can put extra details about the order do not work on the theme. The personalization shows both on admin and on product page,but after a buyer writes the details in the specific field nothing happens ,the details do not show neitehr in the transaction report,nor in the store order details.Have tried with another theme and works fine
Also tried with a plugin WPEC Personalize ,which is an upgrade of the normal personalixation options,still not working.This plugin WPEC Personalize would want to use on the website. Hope can be fixed

Our theme is compatible with almost all the plugin but there are multiple plugins available in WordPress therefore it is not possible to check every plugin with the theme, If some plugin is created issue with the theme then you will contact to plugin related support forum, They will helps you.

Search alternative of this plugin and try it.

 

unfortunately have tried every option out there available so the customer should leave details about the orders,anyway open to sugestions. And this is a option from WP e-Commerce,which is the biggest eCommerce plugin for WordPress and Figero is said to be an eCommerce theme. The main reason why I moved to the pro version was because I taught on this would work the personalization option,or you would help me with a fix,so buyers can leave comments about the orders they make.
