Phone number to top right hand corner?

Can you please tell me how to add a phone number and some text to the top right hand corner of the page (with the header)?

To achieve this you can add a banner which contain your logo image at the left side and your contact image at the right side and upload it as a logo.
Use Photoshop to do that.

 

I tried this and it would not load. I can PM you my details to see if you can identify what is going on.
