Phone numbers in header not showing in mobile view

I was wondering if you could assist. I am using the latest version of the local business theme. I have an issue where the phone numbers will not show in mobile view. I know this is probably by design as you expect people to use the tap to call feature.
In the last version of the theme you could still see the phone numbers. This is what my client wants. Can you tell me how to get the numbers to show in mobile view. The only custom Css I have in place at present is.

We have checked your website and there is no problem with the phone no. in the mobile view. Please check your website again after clearing cache and also check your site at any other browser.

Thanks again as always you are spot on I visited client and checked their phone there was third party phone app causing the issue. Uninstalled and all was well.
