photos on pages and blog posts do not align right

Hi,
The photo I placed on the "About Us" page is aligned left and sitting on top of the copy on the page. Although when I placed the image I aligned it right and I thought the copy would wrap around the image like in other WordPress sites.

I did the same thing on the two blog articles and the photo is sitting on top of the copy rather than aligning right with the copy flowing around it.

I downloaded the updated theme (version 1.1.13) and tried to upload it twice and the install failed. Will you tell me why the install failed and how to correct it?
