Picture problems

Hi, I have a problem with my theme..
it's not showing any of the uploaded images, please help!

Images you are uploading are too big (2592 x 1936)px of nearly 1.96MB.
That's why images are not loading.
Please upload images of average size of nearly 800 x 600 px.
They will look fine.

 

Ok thanks, but is there a way to automatically resize the images?
If my site has 10.000 ads, then it would be allot of work to resize all of the images, just by myself.
