Pictures in slider distorted and slow

    I am using the colorway theme by ink themes. I was wondering if someone could help me figure out why the pictures in my slider are distorted and slow. The url is www.thefriedsongroup.com.

    Hello,

    We have checked your website and it seems that you are not using recommended dimension image for your slider.

    Recommended dimension for slider images is 897px width x 355px height.
