Pictures not enlarging and URL issue

Hi,

Like many other, my pictures in my gallery under the Starpoint Business theme won't enlarge. It just acts like it is going to load and pic and then does not.

Also, when setting up my 3 column feature area, I input a URL, but it adds my current URL to the URL. As an example, I am trying to link to my Twitter account. I am entering the correct location of my Twitter account, but when I go to check the site it lists my site (Example: www.abc.com/www.twitter.com.) How can I fix this?

I have looked at the video tutorials for Colorway theme, which is supposed to be the same, but I don't think so, since Starpoint is supposed to be a one page site, but the demo has us create a new page that is named gallery. There is a section called gallery on the home page as well, and neither one is working. As far as I can tell, the gallery plug in does not work at all. Neither does the wordpress gallery post. I can see filter titles, but no images, and no way to use the filters to group the images. Please help.

 

I am trying to use StarPoint theme with the new version of Wordpress. Seems like the tutorials all show the previous version of wordpress, and some functions don't seem to work. I am lost and need some help. Please tell me when is a good time for some real support either by chat or by phone. thanks.
