Plugin compatibility (bloom)

I'm having trouble with this plugin displaying on the Business Grow theme... I've used this plugin before on other InkTheme themes without any trouble, so I don't know why I'm having an issue this time...

Instead of displaying a popup newsletter subscribe box, it's displaying on-page below the footer. You can see what I mean on this page: http://dionnethomson.com/art-by-dionne-thomson/

It looks like you simply deactivated the plugin... this definitely removed the issue from the bottom of the page, but I don't have the pop-up function that I'm looking for?
